TIRF Technologies offers a variety of chemically modified TIRF and TIRF-EC slides made of low fluorescence glass or silica (synthetic quartz).
TIRF-electrochemistry (TIRF-EC) slides are glass or silica slides (substrates) coated with transparent electroconducting layer of indium tin oxide (ITO). TIRF-EC slides are available with chemically clean or chemically modified ITO surfaces.
For lightguide-based TIRF Microscopy (lgTIRFM-170) we offer chemically modified TIRF lightguides - rectangular 0.17-mm thick cover slips made of low fluorescence glass, silica, or sapphire.
